John and I are so happy you decided to get your CI! We were also so excited to hear you say that all the electrodes were working properly the other day when you went to get checked. What a positive report and how excited you must be to look forward to them turning it on the 17th!! Me, being a nurse, know that ALL recoveries have a few "bumps in the road" but things always get better. I know you can be a positive role model for TJ, Cody and Aaron as they watch you recover on a day to day basis at home. They are all such smart little boys and like Spiderman and Batman (that they try to be like)they will want to imitate you and all that you do. How lucky that you have them all with you and you can enjoy and watch them do simple things like coloring or play doh when they are not outside!! We have a request for you while you are at home!!Since you cannot bend and lift, etc. for awhile, we were hoping you could take some neat, candid shots of the kids that maybe we can get blown up and put into frames!! I know your Nana, your parents, and US would love that!! We know how much you enjoy photography (plus you are good at it!) and this might be a perfect time to get some great shots, even when they are not looking. It is hard to do fun hobbies when you are working full time, so this may be a great time for you to do what you love! So please, start setting up the camera and get some great shots!! Love ya, Jackie
